1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Logvea, a product operated by LayerNine Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales ("LayerNine", "we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or using Logvea, you agree to these terms. If you are using Logvea on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. The service

Logvea is a booking and business management platform designed for appointment-based service businesses. We provide tools for scheduling, payments, client management, team management, and related functions.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Logvea.
• You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Logvea is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the plan you select.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle.
• Prices are displayed inclusive of any applicable taxes.
• We may update pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

5. Free trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you will be asked to select a paid plan to continue using Logvea. We will not charge you automatically at the end of a free trial without your explicit action.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Logvea to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure.
• Interfere with the operation of the service or other users' access to it.
• Use the service for any purpose other than managing your legitimate service business.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Your data

You own the data you upload to Logvea. By using the service, you grant LayerNine a limited licence to store and process that data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

We will not sell your data or use it for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle data.

8. Intellectual property

All intellectual property in the Logvea platform — including software, design, trademarks, and content — is owned by LayerNine Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LayerNine Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of Logvea, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity.

Our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service during that period.

10. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until then.

We may cancel or suspend your account if you breach these terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to other users or the platform.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the platform with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of Logvea after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
